The National Monuments Service's description
In flat pastureland. Marked on the 1938 edition of the OS 6-inch map as a rectangular enclosure overlain by an E-W running field boundary along its N side; on the 1933 edition it is subcircular in plan (c. 43m N-S; c. 39m E-W) and the entire circuit is overlain by a field boundary. A fosse is shown from NW to NE. On inspection in March 1983 no visible surface trace survived. However, the subcircular tree-planted field boundary most likely mirrors its outline.
