In pastureland. This rectangular enclosure (c. 57m NNE-SSW; c. 47m ENE-WSW) was brought to the attention of the Survey by Jean-Charles Caillère who identified it on Google Earth satellite imagery dated March 2011. Possibly a moated site. Another moated site (GA105-182----) lies in the same field, c. 25m to the W and a tower house (GA105-178----) lies c. 170m to the ENE. There is also a cashel (GA105-180----) c. 128m to the NNW.
