The National Monuments Service's description

On the top of a rise in grassland. Poorly preserved circular cashel (diam. 29m) defined by a collapsed drystone wall. A hollow in the SE quadrant of the interior may be the collapsed remains of a souterrain (GA105-139001-). In the SW quadrant a series of low grassed-over wall foundations may be internal divisions. Abutting the cashel wall at WSW is an annexe which is roughly rectangular in plan (L 16m; Wth 14m) and defined by grassed-over stone walls. There is a gap (Wth 2.5m) at WSW.
