The National Monuments Service's description

In the SE quadrant of a cashel-like enclosure (GA105-062002-). In existence in 1574 when it was in the possession of 'Hubt McEdmud McUllig' (Nolan 1901, 113). All that survives is an irregular stony mound within which a pointed arched doorway, facing E, is visible at N and a fireplace, facing W, at SSE. (O'Flanagan 1927, Vol. 1, 475)
