The National Monuments Service's description
In undulating pastureland. A circular rath (diam. 40m), in good condition, defined by two banks
and an intervening fosse. Both banks are breached by numerous gaps, however, one at SSE may correspond to a 'causeway across the fosse' which was noted on 'S side' (Unpublished file, National Monuments Service). The interior is raised considerably above the surrounding field level.
