The National Monuments Service's description
On a SW-facing slope. Classified by McCaffrey (1952, 245, no. 58) as a circular ‘Earthen fort’ (diam. c. 30m) defined by two banks and an intervening fosse with an entrance gap (Wth c. 2m) at E. Only the inner bank survives from E through S to W. There is a souterrain (GA104-228001-) in the W half of the interior.
