The National Monuments Service's description

Within the WSW sector of a cashel (GA103-092----). This drystone-built souterrain is blocked up. However, a visual inspection indicated that it consists of a roughly rectangular chamber (L 3.4m; Wth 1.8m) running NNW-SSE. It curves slightly towards the S end. (McCaffrey 1952, 190, no. 60; Killanin and Duignan 1967, 317)
