The National Monuments Service's description

In level farmland. Poorly preserved subcircular cashel (diam. 28m) defined by a collapsed grassed-over drystone wall. Traces of inner stone-facing are visible at S. The interior is divided by two grassed-over stone walls, one runs from E to W and the other extends off it to N. Centrally placed is a souterrain (GA103-062001-). (Knox and Redington 1916, 184; McCaffrey 1952, 185, no. 46)
