The National Monuments Service's description
On gentle rise in undulating pastureland. Poorly preserved roughly oval cashel (74.4m N-S; 58.6m E-W) defined by a collapsed drystone wall. There are many internal divisions within the interior and a house site (GA103-055002-) is visible at SW. A souterrain (GA103-055001-) lies just outside the monument to NW. (Redington 1916a, 52; McCaffrey 1952, 185, no. 92)
