The National Monuments Service's description
In pastureland prone to flooding from a turlough. Named 'Toberlissagunna' on the OS 6-inch maps, this well is defined by a roughly circular drystone wall (1.55m N-S; 1.2m E-W) opening to the WNW. On the day of inspection it was submerged below the waters of the turlough. The well was most likely named after the cashel 'Caherlissagunna' (GA103-047----) which was located c. 85m to the NW.
