The National Monuments Service's description

According to McCaffrey (1952, 178, no. 104a), there were ‘the remains of two stone houses [GA103-015001-; GA103-015002-] 40’ x 38’ [c. 12.2m by c. 11.6m] overall’ immediately to the E of the cashel (GA103-015----). The walls were '3' wide' and composed of 'heavy masonry'. No visible surface trace survives of the cashel or the houses.
