The National Monuments Service's description
On a slight rise in low-lying wet grassland. An irregular grass-covered mound (14m E-W; 13m N-S; max. H 0.5m) is composed of burnt material. A trough-like depression (L 3.6m; Wth 2.5m) opens to the ENE. A drain cuts through the monument from ESE to WNW. This monument was brought to our attention by Dr C. Cunniffe.
