The National Monuments Service's description
Located in the now roofless sacristy of Clonfert Cathedral (GA101-017001-). Described by Higgins (1987, ii, 344, no. 69) as part of large recumbent limestone graveslab with tapering sides and of medieval form. The surviving section (L 1.42m; Wth at top 0.48m; Wth at base 0.37m; T 0.12m) bears the two-line shaft of a cross with a D-shaped terminal at its base. The latter is decorated with floral pattern, half a rosette or palmette. (Crawford 1913, 153c)
