The National Monuments Service's description
On a rise in pastureland. Oval rath (38.5m E-W; 30m N-S), in fair condition, defined by two banks and an intervening fosse. The inner bank is visible all round. The fosse is present from NE through S to NW, while the outer bank survives from ENE to SE and from WNW to NW. Several breaches in the banks appear to be modern. Quarrying has encroached upon the
monument at NW. A children’s burial ground (GA100-152001-) is associated.
