The National Monuments Service's description
On a hillock in rolling pastureland. Circular rath (diam. 29m), in fair condition, defined by a bank except from SE to SW where a scarp forms the enclosing element. A field boundary overlies the bank. Trees have been planted around the perimeter of the monument and within the interior.
