The National Monuments Service's description
Some 30m to the SE of a ring-barrow (GA100-103----). This well-preserved circular barrow (diam. 23m) comprises a flat-topped mound (diam. 5.3m; max. H 1.3m) encircled by a fosse (Wth 3m; D 0.2m). The side of the mound has been partially damaged and eroded by cattle and as a result a ledge-like feature runs around it giving it the appearance of a mound with a smaller mound on top (SMR file). A narrow drain runs off the fosse at NNE. Another possible barrow (GA100-103002-) lies c. 50m to the SW. (de Valera and Ó Nualláin, 1972, 29)
