The National Monuments Service's description

In gently undulating grassland. When inspected in February 1985 this very poorly preserved circular rath (diam. 39m) was defined by a bank overlain by a field wall from S to SW; elsewhere a scarp formed the enclosing element. Traces of stone-facing were visible on the inner face of bank. Quarrying had encroached upon the monument from NE to E and from SW to NW. The current OSi digitalglobe imagery suggests that the monument has since been levelled.
