The National Monuments Service's description
On a low hill in grassland. Subcircular rath (48m E-W; 40.5m N-S), in fair condition, defined by a bank from E to SW and from NW to NE; elsewhere a scarp forms the enclosing element. A silage pit has been built into the outer face of the bank at NW. A laneway borders the monument
from SW to WNW.
