The National Monuments Service's description
Within a field system (GA097-068003-) and c. 80m to the SE of another cashel (GA097-068001-). Poorly preserved subcircular cashel (29m N-S; 23m E-W) defined by a collapsed grassed-over drystone wall best preserved from E to S. There are numerous gaps in the enclosing element but that at E (Wth 2m) may be original. In the NE quadrant of the interior, a grassed-over stony bank (L c. 20m), running E-W, is possibly an associated internal division. Field walls radiating from the enclosing element at SW may also be associated.
