The National Monuments Service's description
On a gentle N-facing slope in cleared pastureland. Exposed limestone pavement is visible in the field to the S. Named 'Stones' in Roman script on the 1838 edition of the OS 6-inch map but not indicated. No visible surface trace survives; possibly the site of standing stones.
