The National Monuments Service's description

In level grassland. This roughly subrectangular enclosure (c. 40m NW-SE; c. 31m NE-SW), overgrown with hawthorn bushes along the E and W sides, is defined by a bank of earth and stone (Wth 2.1m; int. H 1.1m; ext. H 1.3m) with traces of a shallow internal fosse (Wth 1m) from SE to S. Gaps in the bank at SW, NW and NE appear to be modern. Large limestone boulders along the inner faces of the E and S sides may be the remains of wall-facing. Within the interior at NW are traces of a possible house site (GA097-003001-).
