The National Monuments Service's description
Some 300m ENE of a friary (GA086-001----), on E side of Kilconnell village. According to local information, a horizontal watermill was uncovered during the construction of a creamery. No visible surface trace survives, although one of its millstones is kept in the yard of Aughrim National School.
