The National Monuments Service's description

This cross-slab was formerly located on Inchcleraun Island, Co. Longford (see LF021-048010- for original location). It is now in the care of the OPW (Athenry depot, Co. Galway). Of grey fossiliferous limestone, the round-topped roughly subrectangular slab (H 0.49m; 0.3m x 0.09m) bears a simple Latin cross with expanded triangular-shaped terminals. On the lower left hand quadrant of the slab, there is a small incised double or s-shaped spiral motif. (English 1971, 148; Ciuchini 2010, Stone C, 91-2, 102, fig. 6)
