The National Monuments Service's description

A short rectangular cist was discovered in 1929 in a sandpit in 'Carrowntober' townland. It contained the unburnt bones of a child and a fragmentary bipartite vase (Waddell 1990, 92; Cahill and Sikora 2011). Not precisely located but it may have been found in the area where another cist (GA084-045----) was found in 1931 - see GA084-045----.
