The National Monuments Service's description
In E half of an early ecclesiastical enclosure (GA074-059001-). The poorly preserved remains of a rectangular church (E-W; L c. 14.5m, Wth > 6.5m) of which only W wall survives. The remaining walls are indicated by a low grass-covered mound of foundation stones. No architectural features are visible. (O'Flanagan 1927, Vol. 1, 532-3)
