The National Monuments Service's description

Within the SE quadrant of a cashel (GA070-104----). According to the landowner, a roofstone of a souterrain collapsed while he was driving his tractor along the laneway that cuts through the monument. It exposed a large chamber (appox. H 2m; Wth 2m; L 5m), which was aligned N-S. Due to the danger posed to livestock resulting from the collapse, the gap was back filled with field-clearance boulders.
