The National Monuments Service's description
Straddling a small outflowing stream on N side of Arkeen Beg Lough. A poorly preserved rectangular drystone-built mill building (L 8.4m, Wth 4.9m), with water chute, lies on S bank of the stream. On the opposite bank is a later annexe (L 11.90m, Wth 4.26m) with two rectangular recesses in N wall. Two mill-dams lie a short distance upstream and downstream.
