The National Monuments Service's description
In level pastureland. Subcircular rath (E-W 45m, N-S 40m), in fair condition, defined by two banks and an intervening fosse. The outer bank does not survive from NE through E to SE. A linear hollow within the centre of the interior, long axis running NNW-SSE for 7.5m, is possibly a souterrain. (Claffey 1983, 160)
