The National Monuments Service's description

In a rush-covered field in an area of rough grazing land. This fulacht fia came to light when a NE-SW running drain was being dug to the SE of a trackway. A spread of burnt stone and ash (10m NE-SW; D 0.45m) was exposed on both sides of the drain. A circular area (diam. 7m) free of rushes to its E may be associated. Another fulacht fia (GA022-130----) lies c. 160m to the SSE.
