The National Monuments Service's description
This leacht was only partially exposed during the course of excavations in the SE area of the monastic enclosure (GA021-026022-) on High Island. It is rectangular in plan and similar in construction to the leacht (GA021-026084-) opposite the entrance to ‘Cell B’, a clochan (GA021-026013-) c. 5m to the N. The N and W sides survived from one to two courses in height. The E side abutted the wall-face of a drain (Scally 2014, 112).
