The National Monuments Service's description
This cross-slab was recorded by White Marshall and Rourke (2000, 144, no. 6) who found it on the SW side of the church (GA021-026014-) on High Island. It was a tapering cross-slab (H 0.51m; Wth 0.31m; T 0.07m) of garnet mica-schist that was broken at the top. It was decorated on one face with an incised linear cross enclosed by a subrectangular line. The latter was open or incomplete at the top. This cross-slab is now missing (Fisher 2014, 217-18, no. 40, Fig. 7.7).
