The National Monuments Service's description
In marshland, formerly part of Corralough Lake. A poorly preserved circular artifipial platform (D c. 25m, H 0.6m) with a V-shaped depression in the interior. A line of pine trees grow along the perimeter. According to OS Letters (O'Flanagan 1927, Vol. 1, 69), the name derives from 'Nuala na meadoige Nuala of the Knife a celebrated heroine'. There is another possible lake dwelling (GA006-060----) c. 200m to E.
