The National Monuments Service's description

During archaeological monitoring of the South-Eastern Motorway (M50) a fulacht fiadh was identified. The site had been severely disturbed by ploughing. A low mound lay to the S of a spread of burnt stone (D 0.2m) (Conboy 2004, 134).
