The National Monuments Service's description
Excavations in 2006 (06E0176) revealed a late medieval, comma-shaped kiln (Mc Carthy, c. 2009,123). This was located immediately inside the entrance to the inner ditch of a double-ditched enclosure (DU021-106----).
