The National Monuments Service's description
A granite Latin cross lies near foundations of the medieval parish church (DU021-034002-). Described by Ó Ríordáin (1947, 86) as ' Another cross (height about 50 cm) lies near the church in Saggart Grave yard. It has a cross-in-circle in relief at the intersection and another cross-in-circle on the other side near the broken end of the shaft'.
