The National Monuments Service's description

The medieval parish church of Kilmactalway (DU021-003001-) is situated at the highest point of a circular walled graveyard (DU021-003002-) surrounded by farmland. There is a bank revetted against the inside of the wall. This is probably an ecclesiastical enclosure.
