The National Monuments Service's description

Located on level ground under tillage. The site comprises a circular, slightly raised area (diam. 35m) enclosed by a steep-sided fosse (Wth 6m; D 1.8-3m). There is a causeway in the S. The interior is overgrown (Healy 1974, 23).
