No. 25 South Frederick Street is an early 18th-century house (NIAH No. 50100095; RPS No. 2990) listed as a Dutch Billy type house identified and listed by Dublin Civic Trust in the Survey of Gable-Fronted Houses & Other Gable Fronted Buildings (2012). Described by the NIAH as a; ' two-bay four-storey former house over basement, built c. 1740, with full-height gable-ended closet return to rear. Now in mixed commercial and gallery use. Modified c. 1820'.
