The National Monuments Service's description
Discovered 'lying in a field near Seneschalstown House' in Painestown, Co. Meath (Macalister 1945, 45, no 40; see ME026-009----). The stone (2.24m x 0.76m x 0.33m) bears an 'inscription in two lines on the face, not on the edge (up-up)' which Macalister read as: MAQI-CAIRATINI AVI INEQAGLAS (ibid.). (Moore 1987, no. 1585)
