The National Monuments Service's description

See notes field. P. Walsh, 11 Dec. 2012

A three-storey over part basement mid-terrace house of four bays on a c.10m wide plot, c.10m height to front parapet having lost its dormer roof, built c. 1665 (Dublin Civic Trust, 2012). The large chimneys arranged along the central spin wall, a rare example of a 17th century staircase, timber-framed walls and floors with exposed beams and the remains of plaster, panelling and cornice around chimney stack all indicate a former 17th century mansion.
