The National Monuments Service's description
Dublin City's Medieval Guild Hall is thought to have stood at the upper end of Winetavern Street I (Gilbert 1854-9, 1, 153-4). It was built partly of stone but by 1311 all except its two cellars had been demolished (CARD, 1, 106, 109-10). No visible surface trace (FMD map (1978) L7).
