The National Monuments Service's description

Shown as the Dean's House on the Friends of Medieval Dublin Map (1978). Listed in the Urban Survey of Dublin City (Bradley & King, 1987, 3, 196, No. 163) as 'New Street: site of house'. No visible surface trace and the precise site of this medieval house is unknown. A building marked at this location on Brooking's 1728 Map of Dublin may be the site of the medieval house referred to as the Dean's House.

See attached Brooking's 1728 Map of Dublin which shows a large dwelling at the junction between Kevin Street and New Street
