The National Monuments Service's description
Limekiln depicted immediately to the N of a quarry on the 1837 ed. OSi six-inch map which is bisected by the townland boundary with Cooldrinagh. Not indicated on the last edition of the OSi six-inch map. Limekiln stood in the north-east corner of a large disused quarry as depicted on the 1867 edition of the Ordnance Survey 25-inch map. No surface remains visible on the 2013-18 MapGenie orthoimage. Now located in the garden of a modern house.
