The National Monuments Service's description

Pre-development testing in 2004 uncovered the remains of a complex of sub-circular features, post-holes and a figure of eight -shaped cut thought to be industrial in nature. The pits (dims respectively L2.5m, Wth 1.2m, D 0.35; L0.4m, Wth 0.24m, D 0.35m) contained charcoal-rich, silty clay fills. One of the pits had lumps of charcoal and large pieces of charred wood. The seven post- holes formed a linear pattern . They may have formed a drying frame or some form of wind breaker (Gilligan & Elder, 2007, 94). The exact location of this monument is unknown.
