The National Monuments Service's description
Situated on the W summit of Feltrim hill. Prior to quarrying, the site comprised an oval area (35m E-W; 25m N-S) enclosed by a drystone wall (Wth 2m; H 1m). Entrance in the E (Wth c. 2m) originally protected by an inner and outer timber gate (Hartnett and Eogan 1964, 21). Excavations in the late 1940s in advance of quarrying produced extensive evidence for an impressive domestic assembly on the site (ibid. , 147). There are no visible remains.
