The National Monuments Service's description

Annotated 'St. Kenny's Well' on the 1837 ed. OSi 6-inch map and as 'St Kenny's Well (Site of)' on the 1863 edition of the OSi 25-inch map. Site of chapel DU012-009001-) immediately to E. No surface remains visible. No tradition survives (Ó Danachair 1958, 80; Healy 1975, 25).
