The National Monuments Service's description
Geophysical survey (Licence no. 12R127) undertaken by the Discovery Programme as part of the ‘Late Iron Age and “Roman” Ireland’ project identified a structure located in the S half of the enclosure (DU008-006004-). The structure measures c. 12m in diameter and a number of possible pit-type features were recorded in its vicinity (Dowling 2014, 12).
