The National Monuments Service's description
Located at the coastal edge of a large arable field, cropmarks indicate the presence of subsurface remains of a double ditched enclosure (pers. comm. Ian Lennon). The enclosure visible on Google maps imagery (June 2018), comprises a circular inner enclosure (diam. c. 20m) and an irregular oval outer enclosure (diam. c. 45m) defined by a ditch (wth. c. 1.8m) . The enclosures extend beyond the field boundary to the shoreline. Other cropmarks (DU005-204----) in the field may indicate an avenue towards the enclosure.
