The National Monuments Service's description
Excavated (Licence no. 06E0477) in advance of development, a souterrain was identified within a ringfort (DU005-145001-). Located just outside the entrance to the house (DU005-145002-), the souterrain passage was orientated roughly N – S of a circular chamber. A decorated bone comb (type D) was recovered from the fills of the souterrain (Corcoran 2009, 43).
