The National Monuments Service's description
A severly truncated fulacht fia was identified during topsoil stripping for a pipeline (Tobin 2004, 170). Located at the base of an east-west facing slope at the edge of a bog. A sub-circular trough (L2m, Wth 1.8m, D 0.2m) was excavated. It was lined with a thin brushwood mat. A second trough lay to the NW (L1.25m, Wth 1.18m, D 0.58m). Excavated.
